摘    要:在火炮发射过程中,其身管内膛承受剧烈的烧蚀侵蚀和磨损导致其几何形状和尺寸发生改变,成为直接影响火炮身管射击精度及寿命的关键因素之一。针对该问题,综合论述了钢制火炮身管烧蚀及其防护研究进展,主要包括:火炮身管烧蚀行为、热-化学-机械烧蚀模型、身管内膛耐烧蚀材料、身管内膛耐烧蚀层制备技术、火炮身管结构设计和火药的选择与设计。

Development of the Ablation Behavior and Protection of Gun Barrel

Abstract:Gun barrel bears violent ablation and wear of gunpowder gas during the shoot of gun, leads to the geometrical shape and size change of gun barrel which has turned into one of the critical factors which influence the firing accuracy and lifetime of gun barrel. In this paper, the research progress at home and a broad of the ablation behavior and its protection of steel gun barrel was reviewed. This paper is mainly con sisted of the following parts: the ablation behavior of gun barrel, thermalchemicalmechanical ablation model, antiablation materials of gun barrel, fabrication techniques of antiablation layers for gun barrel, structure design of gun barrel, gunpowder selection and design.
