稀土铈对锡黄铜罐耳件性能的影响

摘    要:矿井提升罐笼罐耳,由于磨损严重,增加了采煤成本。为了解决罐耳磨损严重问题,研究稀土铈的加入量对罐耳组织和力学性能的影响。通过实验数据的分析,结果表明:适量的稀土铈使锡黄铜组织细化,可以较好的提高锡黄铜的耐磨性。

Abstract:The cage ears for hoisting in mine will increase mining costs because of wearing heavily. To solve the problem of severe wear of cage ears,the influence of the amount of rare earth-Ce on microstructure and mechanical properties of cage ears was sludied. Through the analysis of experimental data, the results show that appropriate rare earth-Ce can make microstructure refine, and improve the wear resistance of tin bronze.
