超精密车床主轴回转精度动态测试仿真

摘    要:该文提出了用两点误差分离法动态测试超精度密车床上轴回转误差运动和基准轴圆度误差的方法,建立了数学模型瘩进行了仿真,伪真表明回转误差运动中的偶次分量不会影响测试精度,而奇次分量会影响,但测试原理误差主要来自三次分量,而三次分量的影响很小,所以该测试方法切实可行。

Abstract:In this paper, a new measurement method is put forward to measure the dynamic spindle error motions of ultra-precision lathe and roundness error of standard axis with two-point error separation technique. A model is established and simulated .The result of simulation shows that even harmonic of error motions does not affect measurement accuracy but odd harmonic does .The measurement principle error comes mainly from three-order harmonic, but the influence is little. Thus the method is correct and can be carried out.
