摘    要:在制备羧甲基纤维素(CMC)过程中加入适量四硼酸钠或N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺(HMAM)使CMC分子间发生微交联。阐述了有关的交联机理,研究了交联剂量对CMC溶液性质的影响。结果表明,微交联工艺使CMC溶液粘度、抗盐性和取代基分布均一性明显提高。与未交联CMC比较,四硼酸钠用量3%—9%时,2%水溶液粘度提高20%—60%,盐粘比提高23%—49%,造浆率和滤失性也得到改进。用XRD和IR对微交联CMC结构进行了表征。

Abstract:An improved slurry process for preparing carboxymethyl celluloses(CMCs) is investigated. During the etherification of cellulose, intermolecule crosslinking was obtained by introducing optimum amount of borax or Nhydroxymethyl acrylamide(HMAM) as crosslinking agent. The crosslinking mechanism and the influence of the amount of crosslinking agent on the properties of microcrosslinked CMCs in solution are described. It has been found that by the microcrosslinking technique, the solution viscosity, saltresistance and the uniformity of substituent distribution of CMCs are obviously improved. When 3% to 9% of borax is introduced, the viscosities of 2% CMC aqueous solution are increased by 20% to 60% and the saltresistanceby 23% to 49%. The behavior of microcrosslinked CMCs in drilling mud and its fluid loss property are also discussed. The structure of microcrosslinked CMCs is characterized by XRD and IR spectra. The crosslinked CMC obtained by this method are valuable as viscosifier for drilling mud.
