转向节预锻件坯料的优化

摘    要:以汽车转向节为研究对象,以转向节终锻件为目标,运用计算截面积的方法对获得终锻件飞边截面积的大小进行修正,从而修改预锻件对应截面的截面积大小以达到优化预锻件的目的.通过反复的修正和修改,最终获得最优的预锻件,提高了材料利用率和模具寿命,对复杂锻件的坯料优化具有借鉴作用.

Abstract:The method of calculated cross-sectional area was used to amend the cross-sectional area of the final forging flash for the automotive steering knuckle forging,so that the corresponding cross-section area of the pre-forging was modified to optimize the pre-forging.Through repeated amendments and modifications,the best pre-forging parts were got ultimately,the material utilization and die life were improved,which provided reference to the optimization of complex forgings.
