以羌族地域城镇在地震灾害之后，能实现产业转型及经济腾飞为目的，本文从文化内涵与产业基础的角度，以东门寨的重建规划为例，从涉及到的区域经济、自然生态、人文历史以及工程技术等各个方面，提出一种切实协调并解决相应矛盾与问题的可尝试的途径。
