摘    要:采用高速淬火膨胀仪测定了冷压烧结Al2O3/Cu复合材料的热膨胀性能。研究表明,热循环后复合材料存在残余负应变,残余应变的大小取决于Al2O3颗粒的大小及体积分数,而复合材料的热膨胀系数与颗粒大小无关,只与体积分数有关。还研究了多次热循环对该复合材料热膨胀性能的影响规律。

Abstract:The thermal expansion behavior of sintered Al 2O 3/Cu composites has been studied using high speed quench dilatometer. Results show composites exhibit some residual contraction after a thermal cycling, which has been proved to be a function of Al 2O 3 particle size and volume fraction. The coefficient of thermal expansion is only particle volume fraction dependent. The influence of thermal cycling on the thermal expansion of the composites hasalso been investigated in this paper.
