疲劳短裂纹评定方法新进展

摘    要:回顾了疲劳短裂纹评定方法的近期进展,着重介绍了几种疲劳短裂纹的物理模拟方法,面形单裂纹蒙特卡罗法,群体裂纹损伤的蒙特卡罗法,复合因子损伤法,分形方法,统计分析法以及细观力学方法。这些模型从不同的思维角度为我们提供了短裂纹的分析方法。

Abstract:The behavior of short fatigue cracks dominates the damage process in most metallic materials,and it cannot be interpreted by conventional theories. So the research on short fatigue cracks is of great importance.This paper reviewed recent developments on the studies of short fatigue cracks, especially discussed several major evaluating methods, including Monte Carlo Method, Multi Factor Damage Simulation Analysis, Fractal Method and Statistics Method.These models all visualize the evolution process of short fatigue cracks, taking micro structural obstacle effect into account, either from the point of view of geometry or physics. These visual simulation methods also provide convenient means for the analysis of the statistical characteristics of short fatigue cracks. They present us different analysis directions of short crack research.
