双(多)丝埋弧焊方法及应用

摘    要:双(多)丝埋弧焊具有熔敷率高,焊接质量好等优点,是进一步提高埋弧焊效率和质量的好方法。介绍了多电源串列双丝埋弧焊、单电源并列双丝埋弧焊、热丝填丝埋弧焊和单电源串连双丝埋弧焊等双(多)丝埋弧焊方法,并就各自的焊接工艺特点、应用情况及发展前景进行了分析与总结。

Abstract:It is good way to further advance submerged arc weld efficiency and quality to apply twin(multi-) wires submerged arc weld for its completed fusion and gigh weld quality.The article introduces twin(multi-) wires submerged arc weld such as twin wires submerged arc of multi-power serials connection,twin wires submerged arc of single power, hot wires filling submerged arc weld and single power serials with twin wires submerged arc.Meanwhile it also analyzes and summarizes characters application and outlook of these weld problem.
