| 摘 要： | 以钢加热学为理论基础,以实际加热数据为计算参考值,对冷锭加热规范的计算基准进行了研究,提出了关于装炉温度、升温和保温时间的基准计算公式。这些公式具有形式简单、适用范围宽的特点,可用于冷锭加热规范的编制和修订。本研究已用于上海重型机器厂新的钢锭加热规范之中,改进了加热工艺。

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of healing'Steel and the practical production data, thecalculation basis of a heating specification for cold ingots has been studied. The basic calculation formulat of charging temperature, heating time and dwelling time have been advanced, which have the features of simple form, wide applicable range and can be used in making a heating specification for cold ingots. The formulat has been used in making a new heating specification of Shanghai Heavy Machinery Plant to improve the heat techniques. |
