| 摘 要： | 设计了评标的指标体系,通过运用蒙特卡罗模拟法对定性指标下的评价作了定量化处理,提出运用部分信息分析法来对属性间存在偏好信息的方案进行决策,并应用到评标中,示例了一个项目的评标方法。

| Abstract: | The index system of bid evaluation is designed.Through Monte Carlo simulation method,the evaluation under qualitative indicators is treated quantitatively.It is proposed to use a part information analysis to make decision for options of the preference information in attributes.And the bid evaluation method for a project is put forward as an example. |
