| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种新型的焊缝跟踪模糊控制器。该控制器彩了自调整模糊控制理论，在焊缝跟踪中可以通过调整修正因子来改变模糊控制规划，以满足焊缝跟踪过程的需要。埋弧焊焊缝跟踪实验表明，该控制器具有良好的动态性能和控制精度，完全能够满足实际焊接工程的需要。

| Abstract: | A new kind of the fuzzy controller for the seam tracking is presented in this paper.The self-tuning fuzzy control theory is adopted in the controller.The control rulers are adjusted by regulating the amendment factor automatically in the seam tracking,so it can satisfy the requirements of the seam tracking processing.The results of the SAW seam tracking experiments show that there are good dynamic characteristics and control accuracy in the controller and the system can satisfy the requirements of the welding engineering application. |
