| 摘 要： | 本文首先介绍呼叫中心的概念和当前的发展，并介绍了CTI技术和VoIP技术的发展现状，然后提出了一种基于VoIP技术和CTI技术的呼叫中心综合服务平台设计方案。本文也对本方案的应用作了一些探讨。
