混合陶瓷球轴承内部结构的优化设计

摘    要:陶瓷轴承产品设计的正确与否对其性能、寿命和可靠性有着根本的影响,进而也影响到主机的工作质量和经济性。这里通过对金属球轴承的优化设计的分析总结出陶瓷轴承的设计可借鉴的设计理论和方法,介绍了计算机仿真分析在混合陶瓷球轴承设计中的作用,并简略的介绍了应用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS对混合陶瓷球轴承接触进行计算机仿真分析的方法。

Abstract:The exactness of the design of ceramic ball bearings has radical influences on their performances, lives and reliabilities, and furthermore on the performance and economy of the host machine. By the analyses of the optimum design of all steel ball bearings this paper proposes that although the design of ceramic ball bearings can borrow ideas from the design theory and the method of steel ball bearings but can not copy mechanically in disregard of the differences between the characteristics of ceramic materials and steel materials. In this paper the authors present the applications of the computer simulation in the design of hybrid ceramic ball bearings and the way in which the commercial finite element analysis software ANSYS is applied to the I computer simulation of the contact in hybrid ceramic ball bearings.
