割理方向与煤层气抽放效果的关系及预测模型

摘    要:以井下地质调查为基础 ,就煤层割理方向性与矿井下钻孔煤层气抽放效果之间耦合关系开展了现场试验 ,并据此建立了煤层气抽放效果预测的数学模型 .结果表明 :垂直面割理方向钻孔的抽放量在任何时刻都明显高于平行面割理方向钻孔的抽放量 ,抽放时间越长 ,两方向抽放量之间差距越显著 ;研究区垂直面割理方向钻孔的极限抽放量是平行面割理方向钻孔的 2 .61倍 ,抽放率高出 4.34倍 ,合理抽放时间在 30 0 d左右 .采用垂直面割理方向布置钻孔的方式 ,可显著地提高煤层气抽放效果 .

Abstract:Based on the investigation into geological setting of the research coal mine, the spot experiment on coupling relationship between the direction of coalbed cleat and the drainage effect of methane was performed, and the mathematical model for predicting the drainage effect was established. The results show that the methane drainage quantity from the bores perpendicular to face cleat was 1.2 times that of the bores parallel to face cleat in any time and the difference between them becomes more distinct with the drainage time increasing. In the research area, the bores perpendicular to the face cleat was 2.61 times that of the bores parallel to face cleat in maximum drainage quantity and 4.34 times that in drainage effect, and the reasonable time is about 300 days. In other words, the effect of the methane drainage from the coal seams remarkably increases using the bores perpendicular to face cleat.
