| 摘 要： | 介绍一种将苯和乙烯液相烷基化部分反应液直接循环到反应器作为反应原料的循环反应新工艺。在 40 0t/a乙苯中试装置上经过 3 10 0h运转 ,结果表明 ,AEB型烷基化催化剂的活性、稳定性良好。循环反应工艺具有调节容易、操作平稳等优点。与现有烷基化工艺相比工艺流程简单 ,能耗低。

| Abstract: | Pilot scale operation results are reported for liquid phase alkylation of benzene and ethylene with a new circulation process.After 3100 hours of running,it can be shown that the AEB-type catalyst has superior activity and stability,and the circulation process is feasible and is smoothly operated. |
