特高压交流输电的经济运行分析

引言 发展特高压交流输电是针对我国国情、实现更大范围能源资源优化配置的战略选择.本文首先采用技术经济比较进行特高压交流输电的经济性分析其次分别对特高压网架和特高压交流试验示范工程作具体的经济性分析计算.经测算,与运煤到华中和华东负荷中心发电相比,特高压交流输电是经济的;与500kV交流输电相比,特高压交流输电在远距离、大容量输电中具有成本低、损耗小的优势;特高压试验示范工程具有较强的财务生存能力和电价竞争能力.当特高压交流输电形成规模后,可以取得良好的经济效益和综合效益.

Analysis of Economic Operation of the over-voltage AC Power Transmission

Based upon the national situation of China, it is the strategic selection to develop the over-voltage AC power transmission in a bid to realize the energies and resource optimization in a larger range. In this article, the technical and economic comparison is applied first to carry out the economic performance analysis of the over-voltage AC power transmission; second, the detailed economic performance analysis is carried out for the over-voltage grid framework and over-voltage AC exemplary projects respectively. According to the estimation, compared to delivery of coal to the Central China Load Center and the East China Load Center for power generation, the over-voltage AC power transmission is economical; Compared to the 500 kVAC power transmission, the over-voltage AC power transmission features the low costs and small consumption in respect of long-distance and large-capacity power transmission.
