蚕丝／氨纶包覆丝的研制及新产品开发

研究应用新型优质高弹纤维氨纶作芯丝,外表用蚕丝进行螺旋形包缠,蚕丝呈均匀致密的小圈布覆于氨纶周围,生成兼有蚕丝与氨纶综合优良特性的全新纺织材料——蚕丝/氨纶包覆丝,并进一步研制和开发出真丝弹力连裤袜与真丝弹力绸等深加工系列新产品。文章着重介绍了蚕丝/氨纶包覆丝的结构特点、包覆原理及其生产工艺流程;以及用蚕丝/氨纶包覆丝制作的针织、机织产品的性能、特点和用途。

The Development of Silk/Spandex Wrap Yarn and Its New Products

The research and application are made on a new multi-function textile material with qualityspandex as its core yarn wrapped up spirally with mulberry silk so that the spandex core is coveredby even and dense tiny loops of mulberry silk. And further studies are made on the developmentand high-level process of widely-ranged products such as elastic real silk panty hose and elastic realsilk fabrics. This article describes the structural feature, wrapping principle and process flow ofsilk/spandex wrap yarn, as well as the property, function and use of knit or woven fabrics made ofsuch yarns.
