摘    要:简述S Zorb工艺技术原理、特点,针对中国石化齐鲁分公司S Zorb装置开工以来汽油辛烷值损失较大的问题,从反应温度、反应压力、质量空速、吸附剂硫含量方面进行了分析。根据分析结果对装置操作进行调整,汽油辛烷值损失偏大问题得到了较大改善,装置效益增加。

Abstract:The paper introduced the principles and process characteristics of S Zorb technology,analyzed high gasoline octane number loss problem existing in S Zorb unit of Qilu Branch Company from reaction temperature,reaction pressure,weight hourly space velocity and sulfur content of absorbent.Unit operation conditions were adjusted basing on the analysis results.The problem of high gasoline octane number loss was greatly improved and the unit benefits were increased.
