| 摘 要： | 对一种用于连铸生产的非正弦振动波形参数和振动工艺参数进行计算。并在酒钢板坯连铸机上进行应用。结果表明，这种非正弦振动波形具有较好的拉坯速度适应范围,能够满足连铸生产的要求。另外,规定了实用的非正弦振动参数处理模式。

| Abstract: | The waveforms of non-sinusoidal oscillation for continuous casting machine.The waveform parameters and oscillation process parameters are calculated.And that were applied to the slab continuous casting machine in JISCO.The results show that the waveform of non-sinusoidal oscillation is suitable for a broad casting speed range and can meet the need of continuous casting production.The control model of this non-sinusoidal oscillation parameters is derived. |
