大型航空结构件比较式优化设计

摘    要:大型航空整体结构件在加工过程中在切削力、切削热、零件刚度等多种因素的影响下,很容易产生变形,从而影响结构件本身的性能。文章利用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS,针对大型结构件的不同铣削位置变形问题进行有限元分析,根据应力分布分析的结果,找出结构件薄弱环节,进而进行优化设计。通过优化较大地提高了结构件性能。

Abstract:Large pieces of the overall structure of aviation in the process of cutting force,cutting fever, stiffness poor parts for various reasons are prone to deformation,thus affecting its performance.By using ANSYS large-scale finite element analysis software for large-scale structure of the different milling posi- tion deformation finite element analysis,in accordance with its stress distribution analysis of the structure of weak parts and optimal design,the structure optimization of performance has improved greatly,as can be a certain base for the designers in designing large pieces of aviation structure.
