摘    要:辽河油田建设的首座烟道气非混相气驱实验站 ,其管网材质全部采用SUS2 9不锈钢管 ,针对SUS2 9钢种在焊接工程中普遍存在的问题 ,对该钢管的焊接特性进行了分析 ,为防止产生焊接缺陷 ,从坡口制备、焊接工艺参数和设备的选择、焊接技术操作等方面进行了控制 ,并介绍了气驱站小口径不锈钢管的现场焊接工艺。

Abstract:The pipeline work material in the first testing station of flue non-mixing gas driving in Liaohe Oilfield is entirely using stainless steel pipe SUS29. This article analyzed the welding characteristic of the steel pipe aimed at existing problems when such steel in welding process. In order to prevent welding from bug, it should be controlled in aspects of slope orifice preparation, welding process parameter, equipment selection, and technical operation etc. The welding process technology of small diameter stainless steel pipe in situ was also introduced in details.
