| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员是大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是促进大学生成才和维护学校、社会稳定的重要力量,但目前高校辅导员队伍建设存在着辅导员身份"尴尬"、专业化不高、流动性大等诸多问题。主要针对这些问题,从明确定位、专业化发展、健全考核制度和提高自身修养等方面对高校辅导员队伍建设进行研究。

| Abstract: | University counselors are ideological and political education backbone to college students,and also are mentors to students' healthy grow-up, they are the important strength to boost a college student becoming a useful person and helpful for social stability.But at present,there are many problems on university counselor team-building,such as low profession,large flowing and so on.This paper gives effective measures from different angles such as professional development,examining system,self-accomplishment promotion. |
