摘    要:以本溪北方机械重型汽车制造厂生产的25t矿用汽车为研究对象,运用灵敏度分析理论,对矿用汽车转向梯形设计参数进行灵敏度分析和优化,解决转向机构由于加工和安装所带来的误差影响过大的问题。该矿用汽车采用六杆转向机构,由4个参数控制转向梯形。经过灵敏度优化分析计算,使参数综合灵敏度由0.70%降为0.12%,大大降低了参数误差对转向优化结果的影响,提高了整体优化质量。

Abstract:On the basis of 25t off-highway truck produced by Benxi North Machine Heavy Duty Truck Maker, the sensitivity of design parameter for off-highway truck is analyzed and optimized by means of sensitivity analyzing theory, therefore, the problem of error effect on steering linkage resulted from processing or fixing is solved. The 6 rod steering system controlled by 4 parameter is adopted in this off-highway truck. Through optimized analyzing and calculating on sensitivity, the turning angel error is decreased from 0.70 % to 0.12 %, at the same time, the influence of the parameter error on the result of steering system optimized design is depressed greatly. Thus, the whole optimized designing quality is improved.
