| 摘 要： | "开放住宅"是基于开放建筑理论的住宅建造新理念,它顺应了身处高速变革时代的住宅可持续发展要求,使住宅能够更灵活地应对家庭生活的需求和变化、能够与环境更友好、使用寿命更长。"开放住宅"的理论已在许多国家推广和应用,在我国住宅产业化进程中也备受关注。但是目前我国尚未形成系统的设计理论和方法。结合对"开放住宅"理念和案例的理解,探讨了在我国当前条件下为实现住宅的"开放",作为建筑设计者应主动运用的若干建筑设计策略。
