某金矿可选性试验研究

摘    要:对某金矿石进行了可选性试验研究。原矿含金4.0953 g/t, 大部分以明金的形式存在。试验采用摇床和重砂的方法先回收矿石中的明金, 金精矿产品含金520.7 g/t, 回收率达67.54%, 尾矿进行氰化提金。通过摇床和人工重砂回收粗粒金, 氰化回收矿石中较细粒的金, 当磨矿粒度为-0.074 mm占65%、氰化钠浓度0.08%、氰化时间16 h时, 金的浸出率达93.08%(对作业), 金的总回收率达97.79%。

Abstract:Experimental investigation on the beneficiability of a gold ore was carried out. The content of gold in the raw ore was 4.0953 g/t, most of which existed in the form of rusty gold. The shaking table and heavy placer method had been used to reclaim rusty gold, and the content of gold in the concentrate was 520.7 g/t, and the gold recovery was 67.54%. The method of cyanidation had been used to extract gold from washery refuse. Following a procedure using shaking table and heavy placer to recover coarse gold particles and using cyanidation to recover fine particles, with a grinding fineness -0.074 mm of 65%, the concentration of sodium cyanide of 0.08%, the cyanidation time of 16 h, the extraction ratio of the gold from the washery refuse can reach 93.08% in the leaching process and the total recovery of gold can reach 97.79%.
