摘    要:通过氟金云母可加工陶瓷钻削试验,测试钻头主后刀面磨损宽度,计算材料去除体积。以单位材料去除体积的刀具磨损量(VB/V)为考查对象,通过单因素试验法讨论了刀具材料、冷却条件、主轴转速、钻头角度等加工参数对刀具磨损的影响。试验结果表明:刀具材料主要影响切削过程,氟金云母陶瓷钻削加工中,不宜选用高速钢钻头;冷却条件对刀具磨损率影响比较显著,加工过程中应采取必要的冷却措施;当主轴转速3 000

Abstract:In drilling fluorophlogopite,the wear width on major flank was measured and the material removal volume was calc-ulated.The wear width per material removal volume(VB/V) was applied to evaluate tool wear in this test.Through single factor test,some machining parameters were discussed such as tool material,cooling conditions,spindle speed and tool angle.The test results show the tool wear rate is mainly affected by tool material and cooling conditions.During fluorophlogopite ceramics machining,the high-speed steel drill is not suitable for machining fluorophlogopite ceramics.The cooling condition is very ne-cessary.The small tools wear rate can be obtained when spindle speed range is 3 000
