炭黑对丁基橡胶硫化动力学的影响

摘    要:本文主要研究了炭黑N330、N660和N990对丁基橡胶(IIR)硫化动力学的影响。研究表明,用三种不同炭黑填充的IIR其硫化反应均包含n=1级反应和n≠1级反应两个阶段。当n=1级反应时,反应速率常数K1均随着温度的升高而增大;当n≠1级反应时,反应速率常数K2则随着温度的升高而减小。同时,在硫化反应过程中活化能Ea随着炭黑粒径的增大而增大。

Abstract:Effects of carbon black N330/N660/N990 on curing kinetics of butyl rubber(IIR) were investigated.The re-sults showed that the vulcanizations of IIR filled with various carbon blacks were composed of two stages such as n = 1 order reaction and n≠1 order reaction.When the vulcanization was n = 1 order reaction,the constant of reaction rate K1 in-creased with increasing of temperature.When the vulcanization was n≠1 order reaction,the constant of reaction rate K2 decreased with increasing of temperature.At the same time,the activity energy Ea was enhanced with increasing of particle diameter of the carbon black in the vulcanization.
