摘    要:通过对刘家峡水轮机转轮止漏环焊接性试验研究,选择出合适的焊接材料,制定了可行的焊接工艺方案,并在实际焊接中取得了良好效果。解决了高硬度不锈钢焊接难点,保证了止漏环拼焊质量,延长了使用寿命。

Abstract:Through the weldability experiments for the wearing ring in Liujiaxia hydroturbine the suitable welding consumables and procedure were ascertained and applied in welding productiou.The key problem in high-hardness stainless steel welding was basically solved.The welding quality is good and the using life product is also prolonged.
