热声热机蓄热型换热器实验研究

摘    要:热声热机具有可靠、环保及可利用低品位能源等优点,在余热利用方面有着广阔的发展前景。分析了传统换热器应用于余热利用热声热机中的不足,提出用蜂窝陶瓷材料的蓄热型换热器。建立了简易的实验台,对蜂窝陶瓷导热性能及蓄热性能进行实验,发现当蜂窝陶瓷热端温度由409℃降至377℃,冷端可以在120 s内保持温度恒定,证明其具有良好的蓄热能力。
