论我国城市共同沟建设的发展战略

共同沟是在地下建造的集电力、通信、燃气、上水等各种市政管线于一体,同时设置专门的检修口、吊装口和监测控制系统的市政管线隧道。通过对我国城市共同沟建设现状的分析,概括出目前我国城市建设共同沟过程中表现出来的特点和问题;从我国大城市未来的城市发展,从奥运会、世博会的召开,对我国城市共同沟建设的需求和趋势进行了分析;提出了今后我国城市共同沟建设的发展方向及建设过程中应该遵循的一些原则,并就推进共同沟建设的发展战略提出了建议。

Development strategy of utility tunnel construction in cities of China

The utility tunnel is actually a kind of underground municipal pipeline tunnel which combines various kinds of municipal pipelines such as electric power, communication, gas, and water supply pipelines into a single entity, and is at the same time fitted with the special maintenance, hoist openings, the monitoring, and control systems. According to the results of the current condition analysis of the utility tunnel construction in the cities of China, the characteristics and problems common to the process of utility tunnel construction in China are presented and summarized. From the point of view of the future development of the big cities in China and the holding of the Olympic Games and World Exposition, the demand and the development trend of the utility tunnel construction in cities of China are analyzed, suggesting at the same time the future demand and the development trend of the utility tunnel construction of cities in China and also several principles that should be followed during the process of construction. The proposals concerning the development strategy to push ahead the utility tunnel are suggested.
