摘    要:针对目前天津渤天化工有限责任公司原盐盐质变化较大对二次盐水质量产生较大影响、造成离子膜电解槽运行质量恶化,具体分析了影响因素,提出了现阶段应采取的措施和建议。通过对传统一次盐水精制工艺与现代一次盐水精制工艺比较,阐述了进行一次盐水工艺改造的必要性。

Abstract:According to the the significance influence of clear variation of raw salt quality on quality of secondary brine and the worse operation quality of ionic membrane electrolyzer, the influence factors were analysed. The measures and suggestions at present were put forward. Comparing the traditional primary brine refining process with the mordern primary brine refinning process, the necessity of primary brine innovation were discussed.
