高速数字通信中的远端串扰建模分析

摘    要:当今电子产品不断更新换代,性能不断提升,需要处理的数据量不断增大,信号的速度也随之越来越快,印刷电路板(PCB)的面积反而越来越小。这就导致信号线的密度越来越大,不同信号线之间信号就会出现相互影响,也就是串扰。针对高速数字通信系统中传输链路之间的信号间串扰,建立等效电路模型,推导出远端串扰噪音的计算公式,提出改善措施,并最终使用HSPICE进行了仿真验证。

Abstract:The new generation electronics productions is always in upgrade of the performance,expansion of the to-be-processed data,and the speeding-up of signal transmission speed,while in reduction of PCB size.All these would lead to higher layout density,and thus to mutual influence of between different signals,that is,crosstalk.For the crosstalk of between the high-speed signals,the equivalent circuit model of two transmission lines in high speed digital communication system is established.The paper gives the far-end crosstalk mathematics expressions based on the model,proposes the modified methods.The conclusions are proved by HSPICE simulation.
