正交面齿轮的设计与插齿加工试验

摘    要:根据面齿轮与渐开线圆柱齿轮的啮合原理,建立了面齿轮插齿加工的数学模型,推导了面齿轮的齿面方程,确定了面齿轮的最小内半径和最大外半径。设计制作了面齿轮插齿工装,在Y514型插齿机上进行了插齿加工试验。并在滚动检验机上进行了接触印痕检验。试验证明了,理论推导和计算结果的正确性,面齿轮插齿加工的可行性。

Abstract:Based on the mesh theory of face-gear and spur involute gear,the mathematical model of the orthogonal face-gear shaping is established.The tooth profile equations of face-gear shaping are obtained.The dimension of the face-gear is determined.The design and fabrication of the face-gear shaping worktable are done.The shaping trial is carried out in the shaping machine Y514, and the tooth surface contact pattern is obtained by the rolling inspection.It is proved on the theoretic derivation and the feasibility ...
