Y111型纤维长度仪长度指标的不确定性研究

摘    要:为了研究Y111型纤维长度分析仪测量棉纤维长度指标的不确定度,选10种标准棉样,由3家试验室用Y111型纤维长度分析仪分别进行了10次重复性测试,对测试数据进行了分析.结果表明:不同试验室对同一棉样有相同的测量精度,用Y111型纤维长度分析仪测量的主体长度不仅与试验室相关,也与棉样的长度分布特征相关.棉纤维的主体长度单次测量不确定度在95%的置信水平上难以达到0.70 mm,只有50%的测量结果的不确定度在1.0 mm内.

Abstract:To research uncertainty of cotton fiber length index by Y111 fiber length tester, 10 kinds of standard cotton samples were chosen, and 10 times test for these 10 samples were done in 3 laboratories by Y111 fiber length tester. The test result shows that different laboratory has same test accuracy to the same cotton sample, the tested principle length by Y111 fiber length tester is not only influenced by laboratory, but also influenced by fiber distribution speciality of cotton sample. 95% confidence level of single test uncertainty of cotton fiber principle length is hard to reach 0.70 mm, only 50% test result can be controlled in 1.0 mm.
