斜齿双圆柱塑料齿轮的成型工艺分析及注塑模设计

摘    要:通过对一种用于减速的斜齿双圆柱塑料齿轮进行结构特点及注塑成型工艺分析,完成了该塑件注塑成型模具的总装结构设计。介绍了推杆、推管和向心推力球轴承相结合使齿形型腔旋转推出塑件的方式,有效解决了两齿轮型腔镶块在转动中的"先、后"差异及"同步"问题,阐述了采用弹簧定距拉杆和定距拉板三次顺序定距分型结构来实现自动脱模的模具工作过程。

Abstract:Through analysis of the injection molding process and structural features of a kind of double cylindrical plastic helical gear used for deceleration,the final assembly structural design of the injection mold of the plastic parts had been accomplished,the ejecting way of plastic parts combined with putters,ejector sleeves and angular contact ball bearing to rotate the toothprofiled mold cavity was introduced to have effectively solved the difference of "which first,which later" and the problem of synchronization which existed in the rotation of the insert block between the two gear cavities,it was elaborated that the die-making process of adopting the structure of three-time sequential fixed-distance parting made up of spring limit bolt and limit plate to realize automatically demoulding.
