钢-聚氨酯复合管道在火电厂中的应用

摘    要:介绍了钢-聚氨酯复合管道的主要技术指标和性能特点,其优点有防止管道内壁结垢;增强管道的耐磨性和耐腐蚀性;降低摩擦系数,减小物料的输送阻力;易于生产和安装;综合成本低等。因此被广泛地用于火电厂等各种条件下的粉粒输送和浆体输送。

Abstract:Main technical specifications and performance characteristics of steel-polyuremane composite pipes are introduced, they have a number of advantages, such as preventing scales of the pipe inner surface, increasing both corrosion resistance and wear resistance, reducing the friction factor and the resistance against the materials being conveyed in the pipe line, easy processing and installation, lower total cost. As a result, pipe lines made with steel-polyurethane composite pipes are widely applicable in thermal power plant for transport of grain and slurry materials under different conditions.
