工业建筑设计的新时代

改革开放近２０年来，我国工业建筑取得了可喜的成就，发展了适合中国工业发展的新型工业建筑，形成了自己的特点。由于新工艺、新设备、新材料的不断出现和发展，使得设计师们设计出灵活车间、通用厂房、智能大厦、高层工业大厦、工业科技园区。而且重视了工业建筑与城市规划、环境设计相结合、采取总体设计方案投标，在满足工艺要求的前提下，集思广益，提高科技含量，利用微机技术，提高经济效益、社会效益和环境效益。

Since the reform and the open policy, remarkable accomplishment of industry architecture has been achieved in our country for near twenty years. New style of industry architecture has beend eveloped, that fits the situation of domestic industry, and the characteristic feature is formed, including the new technology, facilities and material, with which the new style industry building is designed, such as multiple purpose workshop, general factory building, intelligent mansion, high storey industry mansion, hi tech region. It is important that the accordance of the industry building with the city planning and enviroment. It is necessary that the public bidding of the general designing scheme be invited in the designing market. On the premise satisfying the technical demand the proper scheme is selected by gathering and comparing multiple scheme. The technical content should be increased in the designing of industry building by utilization of computer technology, increasing the economical, social and enviroment profits.
