酶对羊毛染色性能的影响

摘    要:选用1个脂肪酶(Lipoase100T)和2个蛋白酶(Maxacal L、Novozyme680T),以及氧化剂和蛋白酶联合处理羊毛,研究脂肪酶和蛋白酶对羊毛染色性能的影响。结果表明,蛋白酶处理羊毛的染色速率显著大,脂肪酶对羊毛的染色性能无明显影响,氧化剂和蛋白酶联合处理后羊毛的染色速度进步增大。

Abstract:Two proteases, Maxacal L and Novozyme 680T, and a lipase, Lipolase 100T, as well as two non chlorine oxidants are selected for wool treatments. The dyeing behavior is studied. The results show that the dyeing rate is increased for the wool treated by proteasee. It is further promoted for the wool treated by the oxidants and proteases. It is little effect on the dyeing behavior for the wool treated by lipase.
