摘    要:近年来,磁记录伴随着信息技术的进步飞速发展。本文从信息的记录、读出、信噪比和热稳定性等4个方面,对比分析了垂直磁记录、热辅助记录和图样记录3种超高密度磁记录方式。指出垂直磁记录将在未来相当时期内占据主流地位,而热辅助记录技术与图形化记录介质相结合将是实现极高密度记录的途径。

Abstract:In recent years, magnetic recording technology has been developing very fast both in recording mode and in media. Perpendicular magnetic recording, thermal assisted magnetic recording and patterned recording were discussed comparatively based on their recording, readout, signal - noise ratio and stability, respectively. The analysis shows that the perpendieular recording would play an important role in near future. On the other hand, the application of thermal assistant technology in patterned magnetic media could be a promising candidate for extremely high-density perpendicular recording.
