| 摘 要： | 简述了腐蚀在线监测技术及其在蒸馏装置常顶系统的应用。常顶电感探针监测结果与常顶腐蚀介质分析结果比较表明，两者基本一致。pH计探针在线监测和PLC自控装置组成的自动注剂系统可以将常顶pH值控制在6．5～7．5，有利于常顶系统的工艺防腐。

| Abstract: | The application of on-line corrosion monitoring technologies in the atmospheric tower overhead system was described. The result of inductance microprobe monitoring was consisted with corrosion medium analysis,reflecting corrosion instance of atmospheric tower overhead sys- tem factually. Auto-medicating system that was composed by pH microprobe technology and PLC auto-controlling device which controlled the pH value from 6. 5 to 7. 5, and it is preferable for technology anticorrosion. |
