| 摘 要： | 随着中小企业的蓬勃发展，其在国民经济中的作用日益凸显。但中小企业由于在内部管理上不能适应外部环境的变化，严重制约了它们的发展。只有在管理理念上不断创新，才符合中小企业改善内部管理并取得发展的必然要求。

| Abstract: | The medium and small sized enterprises are playing an important role in national economy with the vigorous development of them. But the problem that their internal management can't adapt the changes of their outside surrounding restricts their development. By analyzing the problems in their internal management, this article puts forward the idea creation of management is the necessary demand for improving internal management and making the further progress of medium and small sized enterprises. |
