摘    要:采用三维有限元数值模拟方法,将温度,相变,应力结合起来进行耦合计算,模拟了水口电站活塞杆的局部加热消除应力的热处理过程及小浪底电站用磁轭拉紧螺杆开裂事故分析。结果表明,模拟效果良好,可以解决生产中的实际问题。

Abstract:Coupling temperature,phase transformation and stress field,the process of local heat treatment for the piston rod of Shuikou power station to eliminate residual stress after welding and the failure analysis for the tense screw of Xiaolangdi station were simulated with three dimensional finite element method (FEM).The results show that the simulations are effective and can be used in the practices to solve the problems.
