柴油机排气微粒旋流净化系统的试验研究

摘    要:为减少柴油机排气微粒对环境的污染 ,开辟柴油机排气微粒后处理技术新领域 ,研制了柴油机排气微粒轴流直流式旋流净化器 ,对旋流净化器的净化特性进行了理论分析和试验研究。试验研究结果表明 ,排气微粒旋流净化技术对柴油机排气微粒的净化是有效的 ;柴油机运行工况及旋流子结构参数等对排气微粒净化效率有一定影响 ;排气微粒的凝聚是微粒旋流分离净化的前提。通过对净化器结构的优化设计以及采取必要的微粒凝聚措施 ,可以显著提高柴油机排气微粒旋流净化器的净化效率

Abstract:To decrease the pollution of diesel exhaust particulate, a cyclone-based filtration system is developed. The operating characteristics of the filtration system is analyzed by means of experiment. The result shows that, the working conditions of the diesel and the structure of the cyclone element have effect on the filtration effeciency of the system; the agglomeration of the exhaust particulate is precondition of cyclone-based filtration. The filtration efficiency of the filtration system can be remarkably improved by optimizing the structure of the filtration system and adopting necessary measure for particulate agglomeration.
