| 摘 要： | 结合电力系统末端供电管理现状及特点，提出利用GSM移动通信网络和单片机现场检测技术相结合，利用手机可灵活、移动地对台区配变进行移动遥测遥控及设备运行故障自诊断，并具有防盗、防窃、移动接警等功能，大大提高电管所科技管理水平。

| Abstract: | On the basis of present conditions and speciality of electric power system finality, this paper presents the combination of GSM system for mobile communication and single chip microcomputer measuring technology.Using this technology,w,e can improve level of technology management in electric management substation very much.This system realizes the function of remote sensing, remote control, diagnosing a breakdown, guarding a-gainst, stealing electricity and equipment etc.In distribution transformer by mobile phones flexible. |
