气流力、油膜力和质量偏心共同作用下的转子非线性动力学研究

摘    要:以Jeffcott转子系统模型为研究对象,利用气流力模型和非稳态油膜力模型对转子运动的动力学特性进行研究。研究方法采用数值模拟技术,研究了转子系统的分岔和混沌特性,并且对随转速变化和转子质量偏心率的变化时转子的运动特性进行了详细的分析和研究。研究结果表明,在转速变化时,系统在经历周期运动之后进入混沌状态,在质量偏心率增大时,系统在油膜力、气流力和不平衡偏心质量的影响下,系统由概周期运动进入混沌状态。

Abstract:Based on the Jeffcott rotor model system,the dynamic characteristics of rotor were analyzed with Alford force model and unsteady oil-film model.Numerical simulation technique was used for analyzing the bifurcation and chaos characteristics of rotor system,and the dynamic characteristics of rotor under the increasing rotary speed and quality eccentricity were studied in details.The results of calculation present that,the chaos occurs through the periodic-doubling bifurcations with increasing rotary speed,and when fixing the rotary speed,the chaos occurs through the probable periodic motion under oil-film force,Alford force and increasing quality eccentricity.
