| 摘 要： | 结合河北省中央财政奖励节能技术改造项目节能量核查工作,针对GB/T13234-2009《企业节能量计算方法》与《节能项目节能量审核指南》中节能量确定方法存在的差异进行对比分析,探讨了适用于初审及终审项目的节能量确定方法,并提出相关建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the inspection of energy saved by energy saving technology retrofit project rewarded by the Central finance of Hebei province,and also though focusing on the comparison of different methods to determine energy saved between GB/T13234-2009《Methods of Calculating Enterprise＇s Energy Saving》 and 《Guidance of Energy Saving Inspection for Energy Conservation Projects》,this paper investigates the methods to determine energy saving applied to both initial and final inspection.And then it puts forward some suggestions. |
