摘    要:简单介绍了消失模铸造的工艺原理。针对球铁柔性接口管件具有品种繁多和承插口尺寸要求严格的特点,比较了砂型铸造工艺和消失模铸造工艺的优劣。进一步分析了消失模工艺生产球铁管件中遇到的承插口随圆度超标、型壁位移、塌箱、跑火等缺陷产生的原因,并给出了相应的解决方法,指出:对于管件类产品。消失模工艺有其独特的优越性。

Abstract:A brief introduction was made to the principle of EPC process. Base on the characteristics of flexible nodular iron connecting pipes that there is a great number of their sorts and the dimension accuracy is required strictly for the socket pipes, the advantages and disadvantages of both the sand mould casting process and EPC process were compared. The reasons causing socket pipes produced with EPC process to have defects of too big ellipticity, mould wall moving, mould shell collapsing, metal run-out and so on were analyzed and relevant prevention methods were suggested. It was pointed out that, for producing pipes castings, EPC process has its particular advantages.
