“十一五”期间湖南电网与华中主网联网方案研究

摘    要:“十一五”期间湖南电网500kV主干网络发展迅速,在受端系统形成500kV环网基础上,将通过构筑横贯三湘的三条“西电东送”通道及纵联长江南北的三条“北电南送”通道将外部电源分散接入受端系统以保证电网的安全经济运行。研究表明为配合三峡送电湖南,湘鄂之间的第三回500kV联络线采用湖北潜江变至湖南岳阳变方案比荆州变至益阳变方案更有利。同时对湖南电网远景目标网络也做了初步设想。

Abstract:500 kV trunk network of Hunan power system will be developed rapidly in the Eleventh Five-Year Plan Period. It's guarantee for Hunan power system running economic and safely that three chunnels deliver electricity from west to east of Hunan province and three chunnels from north to south of Changjiang River be built on forming the 500 kV loop of endure system.In order to coordinate electricity transmitted from Three Gorges to Hunan, the third 500 kV tie-line is built from Qianjiang in Hubei province to Yueyang in Hunan province is better than from Jingzhou to Yiyang through investigation. The goal network of Hunan power system is imagined in this paper.
