摘    要:研究了采用6000A电解槽生产镨钕合金过程中,电解温度、氧化物的利用率、电解质组成、阳极更换方式等因素对合金中碳含量的影响。结果表明,将电解温度控制在1000~1020℃之间,氧化物利用率控制在100%~104%,电解质组成(质量比)控制在NdF3:LiF=7.5:1,采用逆时针顺序更换阳极,阳极更换周期为48h,相邻两块阳极的更换时间间隔为12h,就可以将镨钕合金产品中的碳含量控制在0.03%(质量分数)以下。

Abstract:Abstract: Tthe effects of temperature of electrolysis, utilization ratio of oxides, electrolyte composition, anode replacement on the carbon content of Pr-Nd alloy during production process by 6000A electrolysis cell were discussed in this paper. The results show that when the electrolytic temperature is controled in rang of 1 000-1 020℃, the utilization ratio of oxides is 100%-104%, mass ratio of as the adjacent anodes every other 12 hours, the carbon content of Pr-Nd alloy can be controlled less than 0.03%.
